Virginia Ziulu is an internationally recognized Lipedema Nutritionist, speaker, and women’s health advocate specializing in female hormones, immune health, metabolic balance, and chronic inflammatory conditions.
Originally from Sardinia and now based in Ireland, Virginia qualified as a Nutritional Therapist in 2014 through the Institute of Health Sciences in Dublin. She completed advanced clinical training with the Nutrition Network as a Certified Low-Carb High-Fat practitioner and has pursued extensive postgraduate education in immune health, functional medicine, and women’s health. She collaborates closely with GPs and medical professionals to deliver integrative, evidence-based care.
Virginia provides personalized one-to-one programs, international online coaching, and professional education for healthcare practitioners. She integrates functional testing—including genetics and metabolic assessments—to develop individualized strategies that address hormonal regulation, lymphatic support, inflammation, and insulin resistance.
