30-day guarantee
Unless a checkout page states otherwise, eligible summit pass purchases may be refunded within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
How to request a refund
Email hello@truehealthsummits.com with the purchaser name, purchase email, summit name, and order or receipt number. Do not include full payment-card information.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the credit after it is issued.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available after 30 days, for transferred or shared access, or where misuse or a payment dispute has already occurred. Any different terms clearly presented at checkout will control for that purchase.
