Biography
Lindsay is the founder of The Fitt Cycle, a fitness and nutrition platform designed specifically for women navigating weight-loss resistance, inflammation, hormonal shifts, and Lipedema. With a background in nursing and functional nutrition, she blends physiology-based strategy with real-life practicality to help women see results without extreme dieting or burnout.
After years of doing “everything right” — clean eating, macro tracking, cardio, and long workouts — Lindsay struggled with persistent inflammation and metabolic resistance. Her lipedema diagnosis reframed everything. She realized her body didn’t need more intensity — it needed a smarter, recovery-supportive approach focused on inflammation, hormones, and metabolic flexibility.
The Fitt Cycle was built from that experience. Her method integrates structured strength training, metabolism-focused nutrition guidance, recovery strategies, and accountability — creating a system designed for sustainability, not extremes.
Lindsay specializes in coaching women over 30, busy moms, and women navigating hormonal changes, stress, inflammation, and stubborn weight. Her approach prioritizes consistency, confidence, and long-term metabolic health.
At the Lipedema Summit, she shares how strategic training and physiology-first nutrition can support women who feel stuck — especially those living with lipedema.
